After the success of our grocery delivery service during the first lockdown, earlier this year, our team have been working alongside our trusted local suppliers to bring you an improved service, with a brand new online shop.
Renowned for our award-winning village pubs and B&B’s across Surrey and Hampshire, Red Mist has a reputation for offering high quality, local ingredients on our pub menus. With Christmas on the horizon, we are offering a carefully selected range of those fantastic products and ingredients online, for you to enjoy at home. We deliver to selected postcodes within Hampshire and Surrey. Please see the map at the top of this page for our delivery areas and specific postcodes. Unfortunately, if your postcode does not appear, this means we do not yet deliver to your area and therefore you will not be able to complete your order.
We will be making grocery deliveries to selected postcodes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from Wednesday 13th January. We will aim to deliver your order between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm. Sadly, we are not able to guarantee a selected time as our driver’s route is subject to change.
If you have already placed your order, please CHECK YOUR INBOX for confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order and then you will also receive an email on the morning of your delivery to confirm when your order is packed up and ready to be delivered. If you have not received these emails (check your junk folders) please get in touch with us at your earliest opportunity here.

We plan to keep the online grocery delivery shop open whilst the nation remains in lockdown.
Our online shop will be open from Friday 8th January 2021 at which point you can start placing orders. The first delivery day available will be Wednesday 13th January.
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please note, we require a minimum of 48 hours to process and deliver your order.

Yes, we do! This service is available for collections every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during our operation (13th Jan – 19th Feb 2021) between the hours of 12 noon – 3 pm only. No minimum spend is required.
Please ensure to choose CLICK & COLLECT at the check-out section. On the day of collection, the address for picking up your order is Red Mist Leisure, Units B&C Crondall Place, Coxbridge Business Park, Alton Road, Farnham, Surrey GU10 5EH.
Please, where possible, park up in a Red Mist Leisure parking space and call us, from your car, to let us know you are here on T: 01252 913 513 and we will bring the order to your vehicle.
No, at present, our deliveries are midweek only. You can order your groceries any day of the week, but delivery dates will be Tue – Fri, subject to the postcode/ delivery days that we operate in your area.
You will receive your delivery at any time between 10 am and 4 pm on your chosen day. Sadly, we are not able to guarantee a time slot, as the routes our driver takes is dependent on orders received for that day.
Absolutely, we are a pub company of course! However, please be aware that should your order contain alcoholic products, you (or someone aged 18 or over) must be present to take delivery. We will sadly have to refuse delivery of alcohol products should an adult not be present; the person accepting the delivery may be required to verify their age with ID such as a passport or driving license.
If you have placed an order, but have not received an email confirmation detailing your order number within ten minutes, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH as this may mean that your order and/or payment did not complete successfully.
Before calling us, please do check your junk folders – it will be from Red Mist Leisure (should you wish to run a ‘search’ of your inboxes). Please call the office between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday at T: 01252 913 513 or send us an email at E: email@example.com so that we can check and confirm that your payment has been successful.
You will need to give at least 3 working days’ notice should you wish to cancel your order in its entirety and receive a full refund.

This is no problem at all, so long as any changes are made at least 3 working days in advance of your delivery day. Simply email us at email@example.com with the amends/ additions you wish to make and we will be delighted to update to your order.
Please ensure to provide your customer order reference number and a contact telephone number so that we can call you should we need to speak with you to discuss further and/ or to take additional payment.
That is no problem. In the Check Out page, make sure to leave instructions as to a ‘safe place’ you would like us to leave your delivery. It can be a preferred neighbour, shed, enclosed garden etc. Please bear in mind, that if you are not in, we cannot be held responsible for the safety or deterioration of your purchased products.

We want you to be delighted with all your purchases. Should, for any reason, the quality of your product not be up to standard, please do email us making sure to include your order reference number, name and a contact telephone number and we will be pleased to provide a full refund.
Yes, we do! If you work for the NHS please email us and provide your name, address and work ID (ideally including a photo).
Once this has been received and approved, you will receive a promo code that you can enter to receive 10% off all food items within your online order. Please note, this discount is valid on all food items only and excludes drinks, gifts and household items.
Not at all, so long as the shipping address is within our radius of delivery and a contact telephone number/ name is provided, should we need to speak with you, this will be no problem at all.
We require a minimum spend of £30 in order to place a delivery to your home or place of work.
Free delivery is available on orders over £50 (excluding delivery fee). For all orders of £49 or less, a £5 delivery fee will be charged.
For Click & Collect orders, no minimum spend applies.
Should a product become out of stock, or our suppliers unexpectedly have distribution issues, due to the knock-on effects of this National Lockdown, we will endeavour to communicate this to you in advance of your delivery slot. The item will, of course, be refunded back to your account.
Of course, our delivery service will remain contact-free to protect both our staff and you, our customers. Please do highlight at the CHECK OUT PAGE of your online ordering process (under NOTES), that you are shielding/ isolating so that our team are aware. Please allow time for our team to unpack items onto your doorstep and to step away before answering the door.
Sadly not. Our grocery delivery service is run as a separate business to our pubs and, at this time, Red Mist gift vouchers and Red Mist Reward vouchers are valid only within our pubs, which include takeaways, accommodation, food and drink.

This is such a lovely idea. Please do ensure the shipping address is that of your recipient (and make a note of their name and contact telephone number under NOTES) and the billing address remains your own – if you get this latter one incorrect, you may find your bank declines the payment request.
