Processing your online grocery order:
We require a minimum of 48 working hours to process your grocery order, this ensures we can provide the freshest, quality ingredients to your door. To guarantee your food order is received within the 48-hour (working days) turnaround, we recommend you place your order before midday. Please check your emails (including junk folder) for your email confirmation. Should you not receive an email confirmation, it may mean that your order has not been received.
Ordering and delivery of alcoholic products:
Should your order contain alcoholic products, you (or someone aged 18 or over) must be present to take delivery of your order. We will sadly have to refuse delivery of alcohol products should an adult not be present, the person accepting the delivery may be required to verify their age through ID such as a passport or driving license.
Amending or cancelling your online order:
So long as any amendments or cancellations are made at least 3-working days in advance of your delivery day, this should not be a problem, just give us a call on T: 01252 913 513 between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday or email us at E: groceries@redmistleisure.co.uk. Please ensure to have your Customer Order Reference Number to hand, including your name, delivery date and delivery address.
Returning unsatisfactory products:
We want you to be delighted with all your purchases. Should, for any reason, the quality of your product not be up to standard, please do get in touch via telephone or email and we will be pleased to assist you on T: 01252 913 513, E: groceries@redmistleisure.co.uk
Delivery Fees:
We require a minimum spend of £50 in order to place an order. Free delivery is available to all postcodes that we deliver to, on orders over £100 in value (excluding delivery fee/ promo-codes). Should your grocery total remain below £100, a £5 delivery fee will be added to your total bill.
Click & Collect Service:
We are able to offer slots for picking up your groceries from our Head Office. Please ensure you select Click & Collect when at the check-out. This service will be available Tue – Fri’s between 2 pm and 5 pm until Wednesday 23rd December 2020. The address you will need to pick your items up from is Red Mist Leisure, Units B&C Crondall Place, Coxbridge Business Park, Alton Road, Farnham, Surrey GU10 5EH. Upon entering into the business park, take your third turning on your right (Travis Perkins will be on your left). Please park up in a Red Mist Leisure allocated car space and call us, from your car, on T: 01252 913 513 to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your groceries to your car.
