Red Card Rewards Terms & Conditions

  1. These Rules govern the collection and use of points and set out the terms of a contract between Red Mist Leisure and each primary collector. A Primary Collector can register with the Red Card Rewards collection scheme by applying for a collector card (Red Card) and can then earn points on most, but not all, purchases. If you apply to register with Red Card Rewards or use a Red Card you accept these rules. We may refuse an application for any good reason.
  2. Red Mist Leisure reserves the right to change or withdraw the Red Card Rewards loyalty scheme at any time and without prior written notification.
  3. You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible to become a primary collector or to use a Red Card.
  4. All Primary Collectors must have a resident UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man address. Changes of address must be notified to us.
  5. You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent at any of our participating pubs. You will receive credit in £10 denominations when each collection tier is reached. The first collection tier is 500 points, and every 500 points thereafter. Monetary credit will expire 12 months after being issued.
  6. Points can only be collected at the time of purchase and with a valid Red Card. Points cannot be collected retrospectively or added at a later date.
  7. Primary collectors can access their account using their login details (and track the number of points they have collected) via any of the Red Mist Leisure pub websites.
  8. Red Cards and Red Card Points remain the property of Red Mist Leisure at all times and may not be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
  9. We reserve the right to terminate your Red Card Rewards Account if, in our opinion, you commit any act which we deem inappropriate. If we terminate your account, all outstanding points, vouchers and discounts which you have accrued, will be immediately cancelled and no cash payments or other compensation will be provided.
  10. Our standard terms and conditions governing cancellation charges apply.
  11. Red Card points cannot be collected for private group bookings or functions where a unique price has been agreed with you.
  12. Our terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute, issue or other matter which arises between us.
  13. A charge may be levied on replacement cards.
  14. All offers are subject to availability. You may not be able to use your Red Card in conjunction with other offers, if you are unsure which offers are eligible in the scheme please ask at any participating pub.
  15. Red Card Points, discounts and offers may not be sold or transferred to any other individual or collector.
  16. You can terminate your membership at any time by advising us in writing. Any outstanding points, vouchers and discounts which you have accrued will be immediately cancelled and no cash payments or other compensation will be provided.
  17. By joining RED CARD Rewards you agree to sign up to our newsletters to receive updates, offers & promotions by email and or mail.

The information contained in the above rules are subject to change without notice. We may at any time vary these terms and conditions by publishing the varied terms and conditions on our website. You accept that by doing this, we have provided you with sufficient notice of these changes.

The information and materials connected to RED CARD Rewards cannot be replicated without prior written permission. You may not post, distribute or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining owner permission of such rights.

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions (8 people or more)

CONFIRMATION
To confirm a booking, a £15 deposit per person is required.
Deposits must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the date of the booking.
Failure to pay the deposit will result in your provisional booking being cancelled, and your table being released to other customers.
The balance of the meal must be settled on the date of your reservation along with any drinks and extras.

GUEST NUMBERS
Should your party decrease in size, we will refund the deposit in full prior to 7 days in advance of your booking.
Any reduction in your party size after this date will result in a loss of your deposit.
We will do our best to accommodate any increases in party size after your reservation has been confirmed but cannot guarantee that additional guests will be able to dine.

CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 7 days prior to your party.
Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day; we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated.

Charges apply to both lunch and dinner reservations.

GRATUITY AND VAT
An optional service charge of 10% will be added to the final bill of all parties of 8 or more.

Mothering Sunday Terms & Conditions

CONFIRMATION
To confirm a reservation on Mothering Sunday, a £15 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance of the meal must be settled on the date of your reservation along with any drinks and extras.

GUEST NUMBERS
Should your party decrease in size, we will refund the deposit in full prior to 7 days in advance of your booking.
Any reduction in your party size after this date will result in a loss of your deposit.
We will do our best to accommodate any increases in party size after your reservation has been confirmed, but cannot guarantee that additional guests will be able to dine.

CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 7 days prior to your party.
Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day; we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated.

Charges apply to both lunch and dinner reservations.

GRATUITY AND VAT
An optional service charge of 10% will be added to the final bill.

Christmas & New Year’s Eve Terms & Conditions

CONFIRMATION
To confirm a reservation for a Christmas menu dining experience, a £15 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
To confirm a reservation for a New Year’s Eve dining experience (for bookings after 5 pm), a £15 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
To confirm a reservation for 8 people or more wanting our A La Carte menu dining experience over the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period (commencing 26.11.2018 – 30.12.2018), a £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
Pre-orders will be required for all Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings that require a deposit at the time of booking. Dates for pre-order deadlines will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
The balance of the meal must be settled on the date of your reservation along with any drinks and extras.

Discount Vouchers Terms & Conditions

LUCKY DIP FESTIVE VOUCHERS
Lucky dip vouchers will be distributed throughout December 2017 at all Red Mist Leisure pubs (usually presented with your bill).
Winning discounts and prizes will be applied on your next visit, upon presentation of winning voucher between 08.01.2018 – 29.03.2018.
No photocopies will be accepted.
Each voucher can only be used once and will be banked by a Red Mist Leisure staff member upon payment.
These vouchers cannot be combined in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
Prizes include 500 Red Card Reward points | £10 off when you spend £40 | 25% off when you spend £40 | A free Gin & Tonic | 50% off a B&B package at Stag on the River or The Red Lion Odiham | £5 charity donation.
Vouchers are valid at all Red Mist Leisure pubs, excluding the 50% off B&B prize, which is only valid at The Stag on the River, Eashing and The Red Lion, Odiham.
500 Red Card Reward points will be added to your account within 7 days of submitting your winning voucher. Please note, credits applied to online accounts are managed at Head Office.
Charity donations of £5 will be paid to one of the listed charities that we support throughout the year, upon receipt of winning the voucher. These are Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, The Rainbow Trust, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, Help for Heroes and Cherry Trees.
Vouchers are valid between 08.01.18 – 29.03.18 excluding Mothering Sunday, 11.03.2018.

The Stag on the River Letting Rooms Terms and Conditions

General
Your contract is with the Stag on the River Village Pub Inn and Dining, Lower Eashing. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.

Reservations
We require your credit card details to guarantee all accommodation reservations. We will not charge your credit card until departure but will require a swipe of the credit card upon arrival. When your booking is complete, you will be issued with a confirmation number. Please bring this confirmation number with you when you check-in. The persons named in a booking must be the persons who actually will be staying.

Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled up to 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation booking will be charged. Group Cancellation Policy (applicable on bookings of 3 rooms or more)
Group reservations can be cancelled, without charge, up to 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled or amended within 8-4 weeks prior to the date of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay, including tax. Reservations cancelled or amended within 4 weeks to the date of arrival will incur the full price of the reservation booking including any taxes.  These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the booking.

Check-In/ Check-Out
You may check-in between the hours of 2 pm and 10 pm. We do ask you to check-out and vacate your room before 10 am midweek (Monday-Friday) and before 11 am on weekends (Saturday – Sunday).

Early Check-Out
In the event that a guest checks-out prior to the booked date of departure, then full reservation charges will apply.

Prices
All rates include VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Rates are per room, per night inclusive of continental breakfast (midweek) or cooked breakfast (weekend) and car parking. All rates are non-commissionable. Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, please note the rates will be subject to change. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid debit/ credit card.

Availability
In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation. Our liability will not extend beyond this.

Payment
We require a credit card to secure an advance booking. We accept credit cards and cash payment. Cheques are not accepted. Payment is taken on departure. We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro and Solo.

Pet policy
Assistance dogs welcome. No other pets are permitted.

Acceptance of Children
Children of all ages are welcome.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you or your party may cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and we may make an additional charge if you did not report breakages or damages. Any additional cleaning required to make good of damage will be charged.

Liability
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

The Red Lion Letting Rooms Terms and Conditions

General
Your contract is with The Red Lion Village Pub Inn and Dining in Odiham, Hampshire.  Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.

Accommodation Offers Terms & Conditions

General
In addition to the standard Terms & Conditions for accommodation (see above listings), the following terms & conditions will also apply for special promotions and price offers relating to accommodation bookings.

Promotional Rates and Dates (The Red Lion, Odiham)
We are offering special rates of £90.00 per room, based on Bed & Breakfast for two guests on the following 2018 May Bank Holiday weekend dates: Fri 4th May | Sat 5th May | Sun 6th May | Fri 25th May | Sat 26th May | Sun 27th May 2018.

Breakfast inclusions
Please note, continental breakfast is served midweek (Mon – Fri). Full English breakfast is served on weekends (Sat – Sun) including Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday’s.

Supplements
Supplements for children will apply at the rate of £5 per child, per night (over the age of 3).

Father’s Day Terms & Conditions

Sports Team Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

OFFER
We are pleased to work closely with a variety of local sports team and support them where we can via various opportunities. One of these may be to receive a discount card.

DISCOUNT CARD
Should one of our pubs be a sponsor of your local sports team, you will receive a discount card offering a set discount on your total food bill. Please ask your Team/ Club Manager for a card, these are not available in the pub. Please note, this discount card is valid at specific pubs only, which will be noted on your card. A discount, which will be noted on your card, will be applied to your total bill. Please note, this discount will only be valid when a main meal has been purchased in addition to drinks i.e. you cannot just order drinks. Should you not have your card on you, you will not be able to claim your discount. Should you give your card to friends & family to use without your presence, please note the card may be revoked.

VALIDITY DATES
This discount will be available for the course of our sponsorship agreement. Please note, this discount will not be valid on key dates including, but not limited to, Valentines Day, Mothering Sunday, Father’s Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
